Position Description:
California Plant Leader (regional Planner) To
lead multiple team(s) and/or processes of varied disciplines focused on
achieving results in line with the PGD business plan. Ensure that the
plant is maintenance is in compliance with all local, state and federal
regulatory requirements. Lead efforts and seek breakthrough process
improvement activities, initiatives and /or teams. Coach and develop the
team to achieve a flexible, fully engaged and focused group. Observe,
evaluate and provide feedback on team/process and
individual performance. Lead team with problem solving analysis and long
range planning this position may also function as a principal level
individual contributor. Provide planning support at multiple plant sites
for Maintenance Actives including risk assessment, procedure
development, procurement and supervision of contractors.
Travel to all solar energy sites in the region.
